Theodoor LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
What that means here
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not share your phone number, your consent record, or the details of calls we handle with any third party for that party’s own marketing.
The only parties who receive your information are the service providers who place calls, send messages and process payments for us — and they may only use it to do that work for us.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting that number. We also honour plain-language requests such as "stop texting me" or "remove me".
Requesting access or deletion
Email help@theodoor.com from the address on your account, or write to us at 000 Placeholder Ave, Suite 000, City, ST 00000. We can look your records up by phone number. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
